Trouble opening bottle lock cap

Never had issues opening with these lock caps but all 4 bottles I could not for the life of me open or anyone could even open who I asked. Wasted money lovely liquid as have had it in past it's helped me stop smoking along with using diamond mist silver mist tobacco flavour. But these elux liquids went in the bin. Shame.
